APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN JANUARY, 2018.
The Meeker Days Art & Music Festival offers a great opportunity for various nonprofits to get involved and educate the community on their initiatives and organization’s goals. As a non-profit ourselves, we want to provide vendors with a wonderful and cost-effective experience. So, for 2017 we are LOWERING the non-profit booth space to just $140 (+$20 application fee). But there is a limit to the number of non-profit booth spaces and selection will be made on a first come / first serve basis. Please take this into consideration, as we suggest organizations submit their applications as soon as they become available.
10×10 space = $140
10×20 space = $280
A $50 late fee applies after April 14.
We offer two ways to apply for a booth space at the Meeker Days Arts & Music Festival. You can use our online form and pay with a credit card or download a copy of the form and mail in with a check. If using our online form you will only need to pay the $20 application fee initially. Once you are accepted you will be emailed an invoice with a link to paypal to pay your final booth fee.
