Welcome to the Puyallup Main Street Association’s 2019 Meeker Days Art & Music Festival.

 

Meeker Days is the largest street festival in Pierce County with attendances reaching more than 135,000 people during the three-day event. We strive for the best in entertainment, a variety of tasty food booths and top-notch vendors each year! We work very hard on creating a profitable and enjoyable festival experience for all of our vendors.

The category of Mass Produced and Imports pretty much is self-explanatory. If you sell products of any type that is produced in mass quantities or your items are imported from foreign countries, then please complete that portion of the application. Direct Sales is for vendors such as Scentsy, Mary Kay, Miche and others.

Commercial/Corporate vendors are for regionally and/or nationally branded companies.

Our Mass Produced / Imports / Direct Sales and Commercial/Corporate booth space area is on the paved street areas within the Festival footprint. We currently accommodate 100+ booth spaces in our commercial area and they do tend to fill up quickly. If you are placed in an area where there is a downtown storefront you will need to lower your back tent wall in order for Festival goers to see the business as they walk through this area.

Booth Fees:

Application Fee: $20 paid at time of application submission

Mass Produced/Imported/Direct Sales:
10×10 inline space = $400
10×20 inline space = $800  
10×10 Corner = $75 additional fee

Commercial/Corporate:
10×10 inline space = $600  
10×20 inline space = $1,200  
10×10 corner = $75 additional fee

Electricity = $25 per outlet

A $50 late fee applies after April 30
