Welcome to the 2018 Meeker Days Art & Music Festival!
APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN FEBRUARY, 2018.
We appreciate your interest in being a vendor at our Festival. For 2018 and beyond we plan to put more of an interest in our fine artists and crafters along with providing good, quality and enjoyable entertainment. We have over 75 booth spaces available for artists and crafters and they do fill up quickly. Because we do receive many applications from vendors selling the same type of products, we will be conducting a thorough jury process so you will want to be sure to follow all of the instructions for applying for a booth space.
All artists and crafters will need to send in photos of their products they plan to sell and, if possible, of your booth layout even if you have participated in the past. The more information you provide, the better your chances are of being accepted!
10×10 inline booth = $235 (there are no inline booth spaces on the pavement available. Park spaces are still available)
10×10 corner booth = $275
10×20 inline booth = $470 (there are no inline booth spaces on the pavement available. Park spaces are still available)
10×20 w/corner booth = $550 (there are no inline booth spaces on the pavement available. Park spaces are still available)
A $50 late fee will apply after April 14.
We offer two ways to apply for a booth space at the Meeker Days Arts & Music Festival. You can use our online form and pay with a credit card or download a copy of the form and mail in with a check. If using our online form you will only need to pay the $20 application fee initially. Once you are accepted you will be emailed an invoice with a link to paypal to pay your final booth fee.
